Talk about a Club with standard sporting/recreational facilities, and you have Ikoyi Club, 1938. Ikoyi Club 1938 is situated on Ikoyi Club 1938 road, Ikoyi, Lagos and is presently chaired by Mr Mumuney Ademola. The Club offers a paid membership, life membership and other membership criteria. It should be noted that there are requirements for the said membership, and upon meeting them, the benefits are innumerable. Ikoyi Club 1938 occupies an expanse area of land with first class facilities for sporting and recreational activities within. Sporting activities within the vicinity include but are not limited to: • Golf • Lawn Tennis • Squash • Badminton • Table Tennis • Swimming • Billiard, etc. and a plethora of other indoor games. The facility houses a multi-storey car park so this very easily solves the challenge of parking. At the time of the visit, there was a somewhat-relaxed Covid-19 guideline, never mind structures for the mitigation of the said virus and promotion of personal hygiene are still in place. The vicinity within/without the premises was pristine as service providers were up and about ensuring sanitation was up to par.
