Best gym in Hamburg. Swim, squash, yoga, Pole dancing you name it they got it. Clean and friendly crowd. Not too trendy and not too shabby. Good for all ages. I love taking my kids. Free kids care. Love love love

Been coming here for 20 years to play squash. It’s by far the best combo of sports and wellness. Modern feel, up to date equipment, the whole package is fab. And a very friendly down to earth owner.

Very nice experience! Pools are warm and clean..Steam is nice as well and friendly stuff! Also Squash area is amazing!My only comment is that the entrance fee for pool area is a little bit pricey

It's fine, but nothing special. Everything is quite squashed together, there is not much room between equipment and there doesn't seem to be much sense to how things are set up, as in where they are placed. The whole place is like a maze with stairs everywhere, even stairs going down and then up again, just inside the women's change room. The sauna area is fairly new, but each sauna is quite small and kind of squashed into a corner. There is clear glass everywhere and you feel like you are in a goldfish bowl, where everyone can see clearly inside. There is nothing relaxing about this part. The whole place has been really poorly designed and is simply annoying to navigate. There are much better gyms, more spacious, larger areas, less stairs and larger and more saunas. Go elsewhere.
