I enrolled my son in the acclimatization course in October. I had a terrible experience, as my son refused to continue after the second lesson. When I asked to speak with a manager to discuss a partial refund or a voucher to be used at the facility, I was told it wasn't possible. I'm giving one star only for the patience and politeness of the receptionist in listening to my concerns as a customer who had been scammed by unscrupulous people.
