Excellent facilities, helpful staff and kept clean. Massive choice of equipment - even have a HammerStrength dedicated leg room - never seen that before! Was able to use all classes as well as gym and squash and saunas. Brilliant value for money. I was only visiting the area and so had a month holiday pass - but the locals don't know how lucky they are only paying £31 per month - I pay £96 at home and don't have the same choice. Members were friendly too - the guys in the weights rooms always willing to help me. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gym in Colwyn Bay area.

Excellent gym and the staff are really helpful and friendly. The majority of the equipment is brand new. Showers and sauna have been revamped, it's a really excellent place to work out. Also has a squash court 👌👍
