This is a phenomenal facility! I have had the best experience since I enrolled. Larissa in the LifeSpa has done amazing with my hair and I have never had a better hair experience. Her service was truly top tier.

Orville and Calvin , the management are amazing and very kind - great management Shout out to front desk too 💕 The amenities are amazing. The equipment is amazing. The club is clean. There’s so many positives Most members are respectful but the high school boys are annoying. The club is overall great I was one of the first 100 members when the club opened in 2012 .- a very nice club and very spacious and the staff make it a better place 💕

"There was a “build your own parfait” setup in the lobby"

There was a “build your own parfait” setup in the lobby, and we saw several members already helping themselves. When my husband and I did the same, a staff member (who appeared to be part of leadership) abruptly called us out and said the booth wasn’t ready, using an intimidating tone. What stood out was the inconsistency: others were allowed to take parfaits without issue, but we were singled out. If the station wasn’t ready, a polite and consistent approach would have been expected. For a premium gym, the service should reflect professionalism and respect. This interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and reconsidering our membership.

"I’m not sure why all the negative reviews"

I’m not sure why all the negative reviews. I’m giving this place a five star because of the location and the amenities the staff are decent. There are a few people who shine really bright at the front desk, which is what I’ve seen to be the case in many of the Lifetime gyms that I’ve been to Front desk staff is amazing. The equipment is usually clean and working. They invest a lot to make the experience great I don’t know of any other gym in the area that can surpass the amenities that you get and yes, they are not 24 hours like they used to be but they open pretty early at 4 AM and close relatively late at 12 AM. I would love for them to open later, but these hours are still decent and parking has never been a problem.
