Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities and a wide range of classes. Parking is the only downside but this is alleviated by using the Tesco car park across the road.

Fairly decent gym and good client base. However the reception staff are usually grumpy, they also lack a lot of knowledge about the gym, they can never answer a question , everything is either “I can’t do that” or refer to online. It’s a shame everything just gets pointed online as soon everything will be self check in and out , the staff are driving this culture. I also signed up for my sons junior membership, but after signing up all classes have a waiting list, wasn’t very clear , when I asked the staff, again a very vague answer “ we can’t do Anything “ everything is can’t , can’t, it’s so robotic .However I do want to note that the gym instructors are very helpful it’s the front staff, I didn’t want to review as o wanted to give them a chance but it’s happened too many times

I was really disappointed with how unorganised the typology activities were at Weston Favell. From the very first day I went in to sign up my boys, nothing felt structured. The staff didn’t seem to know the policies, and every person I asked gave me a different explanation. There was no consistency or clear guidance, which made the whole experience stressful and confusing. Even today, after I paid for the basketball session, there were still people on our court and no staff came to help. Someone told me they would add 3 extra minutes to our time, but instead we were kicked off before the session even ended. On top of that, they gave us the wrong court not the one shown on our receipt and other people were still playing on the court we had actually paid for. The whole situation was completely disorganised. This is the second time this has happened to us, so I really hope they sort these issues out. Customers deserve a clear, fair and properly managed service.
