I'd say it's the best place to play tennis in Sofia, even if it's quite overpriced for my taste. The premises are well maintained, can also practice squash, go to the gym or visit other group activities like yoga. There is well stocked shop for equipment and a small coffee corner. If you are properly hungry, enjoy the Leo's pizzas nearby. The reason I gave four stars is the stupid policy about cancellations. If you don't do it 24 hrs in advance, you still have to pay the full amount - court plus trainer, if you are using one. It's a bit ridiculous at this time and age...obviously emergencies can happen and the regulars should be able to use some slack.

Great place for squash! Friendly staff, they work with MultiSport but not too convenient in terms of public transport. IMPORTANT UPDATE: I booked the squash court an hour ago but I injured my arm. I called to cancel the booking and the staff told me I should have called a day earlier and because of that I have to pay the entry fee. Telling them that this doesn’t make any sense didn’t help. Not only they want me to pay for a full hour but someone else will also pay for that hour. This is ridiculous…

I've been using Maleevi for squash regularly for the past three years with my Multisport card. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the experience—until recently. I had booked a squash court for the afternoon, but when I called two hours in advance to cancel, I was informed that, according to their terms of use, I would still need to pay for the full hour. Additionally, I’m not entirely sure they didn’t rent the court out to someone else afterward. I let it go at the time, but when I visited the next week, they surprised me with that cery unpeasent charge and this felt very unwelcoming. I’ve often referred clients to Maleevi for their activities, and I’m usually the only one from my group using Multisport; the others pay directly. But after this experience, I don’t plan to continue using or recommending them to others. In the end, I’m not sure this approach to customer policy is the best for building long-term loyalty.
