Apart from the excellent self-defense course, the showers are often cold because the boiler fails, the space in which we train is often cold because it isn't heated in time (after two hours it reaches 15/17 degrees and today, after the last training session on Monday, I'm home sick) and the other evening a cute little mouse appeared. You read that right, a 15cm mouse complete with a tail. The changing rooms leave a lot to be desired even in terms of fairly superficial hygiene...not bad to say for a place where well-being should be promoted.
