"My 3-day stay in Turkey was absolutely wonderful, made even more special by the incredible team here. A huge thanks to Gulben Kuslar at reception for the warm welcome, always help, and her beautiful smile. Hasan Unal, the bell boy, who was so attentive and helpful from the moment I arrived. I also spent some lovely time at the lobby bar, where Ozlem provided fantastic service with a smile. Of course are many professionals others which unfortunately I don't have their names. It’s the people that make a place truly shine, and these three represent the best of Turkish hospitality. I can’t wait to return!"
