Merritt offers so many awesome options to getting fit and staying healthy! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the equipment variety is fantastic, and there are lots of member perks- including the indoor AND outdoor rooftop pool, squash courts, and the turf space!

Decent gym and I've given a good review in the past but at this point I'm frustrated. Volo league is constantly occupying the court. One of my main reasons for joining was the basketball court, so for me to not have access to it during high traffic periods 3 days a week is ridiculous. Especially with it being in the winter. Lastly, to top it off there is no discount for Merritt members to join the Volo league as an incentive. Paying members are getting the short end of the stick and we all know it's not a cheap stick.
"Overpriced customer service training"

Overpriced and customer service and training have been less than par in my experience. Still waiting for email responses from emails Merritt sent me and I responded. Training staff was flippid about scheduling the “free” consults and never made any real effort to honor their introductory offer! #
"Pretty standard gym little"

Pretty standard gym, really. A little expensive. Sometimes there are issues with machines, but on the whole equipment is new and in pretty good working order. Things are clean and there's a full menu of options. They always seem a little behind the 8 ball (basketball court should have been resurfaced long before it was), but they're trying. And once the parking garage and poolS are open, there will be a lot to love.
