My mother visits over the pond every 6 months and she has for years now picked this place. As much as the review should come from her experience and not mine I can tell that she is looked after for any of her needs. The staff are smartly dressed, well presented, helpful and polite. The price is certainly priced right and the amenities are well maintained from the bar to the squash courts. Parking here is plentiful and electric charge points up to x4 cars if needed. The location is a 10 minute walk into town and the bonus of hotel parking is a save on parking charges in the town centre. The rooms are clean and are cleaned regularly to a good standard. Good quality for the money.
