Great to be back at hoppers, staff are friendly, tables outdoors well spread out with hand gel stations. Extra portaloos for customers on site. New food choices with excellent meat and veggie options, decent range of real ales and special guest beers too. Here in May 2021 for Typhoons RUFC training. Well done to grasshoppers staff for keeping to covid19 guidance/rules.

Lovely Rugby club hosted for annual tournaments, great layout, great atmosphere. Everytime I visit the club are very friendly and welcoming. Astropitch so suitable for all weather types. Small play area for young children under 5 situation in a safe place that you can monitor your little child while spectating the game. Clubhouse is well keep and parking facilities are available

Really nice club. Went to watch eldest Grandson play in Rugby Final which they won. My Daughter said they've used it a few times for their teams Rugby Games. Would recommend.

I visited the grounds at Preston Grasshoppers Rugby Club on Sunday 23rd May 2021 and it was a most enjoyable experience. I stopped there after visiting and walking around the Ladyewell Shrine in Fernyhalgh. The grounds and clubhouse are on Lightfoot Green Lane, Preston, PR4 0AP. First of all access and exit from the ground is good. There is ample car parking spaces at the front of the Clubhouse. There is a bar in the clubhouse which is open to the public. I have visited the clubhouse itself in the past and it has a good bar which is well stocked with has rugby memorabilia as part of its interior decor as you would expect with a rugby club. At the moment the club is also acting as a COVID-19 vaccination centre. I had a walk around the outside of the grounds itself and the pitch and the stands are very well maintained. Preston Grasshoppers looks like a good place to play rugby and also watch rugby. There are also other activities offered at Preston Grasshoppers like archery and football. There is also women's rugby available too. I would recommend a visit to Preston Grasshoppers grounds and clubhouse.
