I don't recommend it. They treat customers unfairly. Before Easter I wanted to go play squash with my boyfriend, on Holy Saturday at 7:00 PM. Around noon a girl called asking if we could come earlier, because the manager had forgotten to change the opening hours for that day and they were only going to be open until 6:00 PM at the latest. I agreed to come at 5:00 PM instead. Around 3:40 PM I called to say I wouldn't make it by 5:00 PM, but I added, having heard there was an issue with cancelling reservations, that we would make it for 7:00 PM as originally planned. I understand the policy is that you can cancel up to 6 hours before the match starts, but this was an exceptional day, where I'd done the girl a favor. I expected the same in return, either a refund or being allowed to come at 7:00 PM as I had originally booked (I'll note that I booked several days before the date in question, while the venue's response came at the very last minute). The girl told me she would contact the manager and let me know. She called back shortly after saying the manager had agreed to a refund. That was on 30.03, it's now 06.05, and there's still no refund. In the meantime I've sent texts, messages and emails asking when I can expect the refund...

I went for the first time, not for myself but for a birthday squash outing. On site it turned out that I'd accidentally booked 2 courts, having thought earlier that my payment hadn't gone through. I said it was our first time, and that I'd also bought equipment, so the girl at the front desk was going to call the manager to ask if the money could be refunded in this situation. I also suggested that if a refund wasn't possible, we could simply book the court for another day since it was already paid for. After an hour, as we were leaving, I was told that neither option was possible. Poor conduct on the part of the management. I'll add that I felt very little interest from the staff. Next time I'll go somewhere else.
