I recently contacted James to rent a tennis court for Sunday, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. I requested a booking from 11 AM to 1 PM and even clarified my request politely. Looking back, I realize he had already said no from the beginning but there’s no need to respond the way he did. Even if a time slot isn’t available, a courteous and respectful reply makes all the difference. The way you treat people really reflects on your business. There are lots of other places that actually know how to treat customers right. Wishing you luck but honestly, treating people like this isn’t the move if you want your business to thrive.

Squash courts are nicely maintained. James is a wonderful person and very accomodating. He’s very instant with bookings.

James is very helpful with bookings, the hard courts are nice, perfect for our weekend morning sessions; plenty of parking and close to the rooty hill train station also

I don't like James who runs the place using abusive words towards its customers .. will not book there any more.. hope Rooty hill management looks in to this matter
