I've begun going to the gym at the SSC, as part of my cardiac rehabilitation program, seeing as I'm knock knock knocking on heaven's door with a heart condition. The gym is really well equipped with all sorts of instruments of torture, and Ms CB who runs the program is brilliant! At a glance, I can see there's a swimming pool, a squash court, basketball court and gawd knows what else there. So if you're interested in improving your health, I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to the Sawston Sports Centre.
