"Be careful if you rent the apartment"

Be careful if you rent the apartment. I was charged for small issues that were perhaps there b4 moved in. Checked 200% and take photos for evidence if you intend to rent the place. I was held at ransom by the Mgmt. Not happy customer!

Great place to go to for either just playing some tennis or as a bigger deal - a place to rent an apartment for living in Shanghai. The Shanghai Racquet Club is an interesting concept combining apartments, more than 10 tennis courts - 7 outdoor and 6 indoor, squash courts, badminton….. swimming pools and a very good gym. My family and I have been living here for over a year, but have been coming here to play tennis since 2017…!
