Probably the worst customer experience I've had in Portugal so far. I asked to upgrade my membership to a more expensive one, to include all the clubs in the country, and I was told it wasn't possible without providing an explanation that made any sense. I guess Solinca has too many members already, because they don't want to take their money, pushing them to competitors instead. I'm cancelling my membership immediately due to this horrible customer service and I would advise others to stay away from this chain.

I could write a handful of bad reasons to give the two stars. The most annoying one is bad hygiene in the showers (the amount of black mold is disgusting) but today's bad reasons is the lack of good communication. Today the gym closed at 18h. Carnival is not a nacional holiday. But, if the gym want's to be closed, at least send an email. A sheet of paper isn't enough in a digital age where you can send a email or a message to everyone.
