Went to spin on Tue. Great class, upbeat tunes & clear guidance from the instructor...I'd go to this class again The leisure centre has a good reception/lobby area. Receptionist was friendly & helpful, but couldn't find us on the class booking! The layout of the centre is strange, changing rooms at the other end & through the squash courts

Can't beat a game of squash to get the body and mind racing. Courts and facilities are good here too! Well staffed facility also. Update - 5* down to 4* no off peak rates anymore. Shame cos the courts in mornings and at weekends not used really might be due to having to pay too much?
