A great gym with friendly staff, a squash court which is glass backed. A cardio room with tred mills, rowing machines and exercise bikes. Two resistant rooms on an upper and lower level. A decent size pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. For the monthly fee, I'd say there's nowhere locally better.
