The trainers are very good and friendly but the communication during the corona crisis was very poor. They have given the chance to cancel the subscription for all members but they declared it on their website instead of sending e-mails as usual. However I don't have to check their website periodically to get the updates. Just before the gym started to operate on 01-07-2020 they sent an e-mail that the gym will be open again which shows already that they communicate by e-mail. I asked for compensation of the 3 months during the corona crisis and they replied as it was not possible anymore because they have already given the chance to all members to cancel the subscription. It was total disappointment for me to get this kind of unprofessional reaction.

Worst experience ever in the Netherlands, the reception worker was impolite to me and he asked me to speak Dutch because he is Dutch and i am in the Netherlands, i am new here but his behavior was not nice at all and it is only because i moved to another city he didn’t want to terminate the contract and he told me he only cares about receiving the money that’s it! I think this gym is only for Dutch people and not for expats 🙃

I had a great time at Squash Fitness Centre Arnhem. The atmosphere is always nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The classes and facilities are very good. Thank you for the great experience
