A wonderful place for personal and family recreation with a wide variety of activities: karate, tae kwon do, pole dance, aerobics, squash, swimming, spinning, snacks and much more. Its range of schedules, affordable prices and quality service make it one of the best (compact) spaces for exercise and recreation in the south of the city

Good service, good value for money, decent facilities. The downside is there's no dedicated parking for the establishment. Not just squash, they also have more activities which you can find on their website. If you don't bring a racquet they'll rent you one for 25 pesos, and the balls are lent free of charge.
