I wanted to book the squash court for a Friday at 9am. I sent a message to the number, asked about their available times, and they told me whatever time I wanted. I gave them 9am, sent the deposit, and then they told me the court had been booked for 9pm. When I insisted that my time be respected, they just tell me what they can do about it. Well, to start with, they should have a set schedule and share it instead of leaving it wide open for you to pick your own time. It costs them nothing to say, for example, I have slots at 11am, 1pm and 8pm. Also, if I request a time slot (I work this way too) you hold it for a while and let the person know how much time they have to pay before it's released and someone else can book it, you don't blame them for taking "too long"; to me, too long is 12 hours... Terrible.
