I've been a customer for about 6 years now and enjoy squash here a lot. The last set, at the bar, is always fun too. A weekly outing for our group of friends.

Don't play squash here if you're looking for a court that's actually maintained. The courts are quite outdated and nothing is being done about it. The wooden floor creaks a lot. There's also an open gap from the courts to the kitchen. Around dinner time you're playing in a smell of burgers and fries. In winter they cut back on the heating and in summer there's no ventilation. The female owner is friendly, the male owner unfortunately less so. He turns into a rather blunt, odd man once he has your money.

Wonderfully relaxed way to exercise. Squash and golf go hand in hand here. Friendly owners Fred and Marion have been running this for more than 40 years and are always ready to help with advice and support. I've been playing golf here for 3 weeks now and have only had positive experiences. Nice bar for chatting afterward.
