(this is to be considered as a family with young children and a pregnant women report) The apartment in itself was nice and we were allowed to arrive 2 hours early from official timing but : - we have had to give a 'guarantee' of 100€ in cash that wasn't pre announced in the booking. - some dishes were dented - the towel rack of the bathroom was broken - the rack to dry your laundry on the terrasse was broken and totally unusable. - the TV cable was broken - the baby bed was requested around 2pm (after having been requested by phone before arrival), it was delivered at 10pm (when both children were already asleep, the younger one in the stroller) - there were missing sheets and missing towels - because the apartment was located in the club next door to the squash club tower, we had access to a 'nice' pool but the sunbed and parasols were 'pay extra' (again not warned in the booking) - the pool was nice from a distance but the floor around the pool was black of dirt and is littered by bird poop that is never properly cleaned. - the toilets of the pool were absolutely disgusting, stink and there was no soap to properly wash one's hands.

I travel on my own and have stayed at the squash on 3 separate occasions. Staff are lovely and Jose and maria make you feel very welcome in the squash bar. Feel safe there on my own but someone will always talk to you.
