"Large sprawling condo grounds with several facilities...."

Large sprawling condo grounds with several facilities. There is an in-house mini mart, function room. Gymnasium, Squash court, a lap pool and children’s pool with a water slide. You hardly see condos with 3 tennis courts and a basketball court as well. MRT station is right at the door step.

Super location, super convenience, both for drivers and public transport users. Lor Chuan MRT is just at your "door step". Spacious common areas, 2 pools, 3 tennis court, 1 squash court, 1 full-size basketball court! Gym, BBQ pits, function room, etc. Huge basement parking with plenty of parking lots. Branded primary and secondary school to JC and international school, all within mins walking distance. There is an in-house minimart, and also a newly renovated integrated retail and commercial building with NTUC just beside the condo slated to be reopen soon. Definitely one of the top 10 under rated condos in Singapore.
