Very good meat and potatoes gym, they have all the kit and weights a normal person would need for a good session and the squash court is a good bonus, doesn't get bogged down with all the rubbish some of the more commercial gyms do. You want to do it, do it. You want a massage and kiwi juice to go with it, go somewhere else!
