"Ground level"

So much to do here! On the ground level there is the locker rooms, gymnasium, Olympic pool, sitting area, and cafe. Tucked into a little nook is an Olympic lifting and spinning room. Upstairs has all the treadmills, rowing machine, stationary machines, free weights, racks, and it also included the rock climbing wall and racket ball rooms.
"Great gym lots options"
Heather Kimbley

A great gym with plenty of options to get your daily workout, from the usual cardio and free weights to two aerobics rooms, a rock climbing wall, racquetball courts and a full basketball court. Group classes are included and personal training is available, and the staff are always cordial and encouraging. The only real downside is that they require you to bring your membership ID every time, even though they can look it up.
"Gym great huge facility"

This gym is great. Huge facility, clean and multiple versions of all workout equipment so you rarely have to wait in between sets. Beautiful basketball court, pool, rock climbing wall and racket ball courts... All included. This gym would cost several times the amount where I lived before I moved here. No pretentious health club families and no kids allowed, which is awesome for someone who is looking to workout (and I have kids). Feel lucky to have found this place.
"Great gym staff friendly"

Great gym. The staff are friendly and always available to assist with anything you need. The equipment is very clean and in working condition. There are multiple options available if the gym is busy. There is a pool, rock wall, full-size basketball court, racquetball court, Olympic lifting room, free weight area, and much, much more. This place will satisfy all of your exercise needs. I highly recommend it.
