Couple of the staff members can be very rude and have awful attitudes towards elderly people. Staff members deliberately say the court area is booked when it is not. That is my experience visiting the centre.

All I wanted to do was book a squash court, website wouldn’t let me and couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone. Pathetic

Visit fairly regularly for badminton and occasional squash. The staff are sometimes quite rude, recently hassling us over our student status. I understand they need to know, but I would appreciate not being spoken down to like a misbehaving child. Also we had leaks from the roof onto our court, to which we told to just put a bucket down and only use half of the court, no refunds, no moving out court, just simply deal with it. We sometimes play at the John moores sports centre, there the staff are always super helpful and accommodating, helping to set up equipment and ask if we need any extra equipment, the courts are clean and rooms air conditioned. It's a shame the UoL sports centre couldn't be more like them.

Regardless of the other not up to university standard sports facilities, but the squash courts are by far the worst I have ever seen… not much care and attention is given to promote sports in this university…

Great place to workout..Gym Memebership includes access to swimming pool,badminton and squash courts.
