"Best decision of my life"

Best decision of my life was to get Urban Sports Club. Having family in other countries and having a distance relationship with the boyfriend in another city, with USC I can keep on training everywhere I go and try new classes and activities. It's the best, I really use it a lot!

I really enjoy using USC and I never had any problems. Also the custom service was really friendly and approachable. But I don’t understand the recent adjustments to one check per day. Some days I enjoy a more intense training in different venues than on others. So this adjustment is a big downgrade for me especially with the same pricing. Maybe there is a reason I don’t understand and if so I would be happy to hear why.

Unfortunately the app works a lot less handy than the OneFit app. For example: - No more friend requests or adding friends. A feature I used daily - No more possibility to view clubs within a certain distance (e.g. Every club within 3 km) - You cannot see what trainer is giving the lesson - the check-in process takes longer. I really hope these features will return. This makes my experience a lot less nice, especially when I use the app almost daily.
