Possibly the best leisure centre in Kent on the banks of the Medway in a private marina. Security checkpoint when entering and leaving. Has everything except tennis. Lovely heated pool, excellent huge gym with separate changing and showers. Spa with hydro and sensory tanks, sunbed, massage, two steam rooms, two saunas, Jacuzzi, large badminton hall, two closed squash courts, one glass court, separate spa changing with relaxation area, snooker and pool room, two fitness studios, restaurant and bar area, outdoor sundeck overlooking marina, coffee and tea, nearby separate restaurant and bar. Huge secure car park. Shop sells merchandise, squash and swimwear, racquets, etched. Racquets, balls, towells, can be rented. Ideal for singles, couples. Does accommodate children but times are restricted as it is an adult club. Strictly members only. Qualified sports therapists and masseuse available. When my family and I moved to Kent we looked at all and I mean all the clubs from Nuffield, Roko, Roffen plus the hotel chains and the less appealing municipal clubs.
