My kid enjoys it so much. It is the first swimming class to him. Staff and instructors are very patience with young kids. We love waiting room for parents as we can sit inside and look at him during the lesson.

I want to start by acknowledging the staff—I’ve always found them to be friendly and professional, providing great service where they can. This review is not a reflection of them but rather the operations and management of the squash department. My friends and I have been playing here consistently for the past three months, growing from a group of two to nearly nine players. Some of us, including my brother from Mill Park, travel quite a distance to play. However, we’ve consistently faced challenges with court bookings. Despite booking two courts, we often end up securing just one due to system issues, cancellations, or last-minute no-shows. The same technical difficulties persist, yet nothing seems to be addressed. On one occasion, after struggling to get our booked courts, we extended play slightly—about 15 minutes over time. Rather than being politely notified, the manager confronted us and accused us of “abusing our booking privileges.” This was frustrating, especially considering we hadn’t even received the courts we had initially booked. A similar issue arose when there was an error in our booking timing. The centre mistakenly believed we had exceeded our time and attempted to charge us for an additional 15 minutes. Although they later admitted the mistake and apologized, it felt like my friend—who consistently books the courts and has brought in significant business—was being unfairly singled out. Despite raising these concerns, he has received no follow-up or resolution. Given that this is the only squash facility in the area, we have continued to play here. However, I believe it’s important to bring attention to how we’ve been treated. My intention with this review is not to spread negativity but to highlight an ongoing issue in hopes of improvement. I know many other members have had great experiences here, and I’d love to see this centre reach its full potential. If these concerns are addressed, I’d be more than happy to update my review to reflect a more positive experience.

Coaches and staffs are very very nice! So happy to see my daughter no longer scared attending classes but enjoyed swimming! Can’t believe she in level 5 now!

"Fun could hire racquet and was rather"

Was so much fun could hire a racquet and was rather cheap. It would of been nice though if there was someone there at the front desk ready to serve us as we rocked up not knowing anything. But most of all had so much fun and went home wanting to sign up for a squash team

Dan runs a great squash centre. A relaxed and friendly environment for a casual game with a friend, or you can join a league for regular competition. Equipment and court hire is reasonably priced, and there are snacks and drinks available.

My home courts! Great community, very happy it's reopened. Decent courts to play on, good beverage selection and they also sell shoes, racquets and other squash and racquetball accessories.

There is room for improvement! The court corners are a bit dirty. Perhaps a bit of cleaning might help. There are couches to have a beer and relax after a good session.
