Nice small intimate health club. Very good squash courts. Work out equipment fairly sparse but adequate for a reasonable work out. When equipment breaks down it usually takes a long time for repairs to be done. Overall the maintenance around the club is adequate but not stellar. Change rooms not fancy, but functional. Cleanliness around the club could be better. Overall friendliness around the club is excellent.

A great addition for the community of West Hillhurst. Many very affordable fitness options and one of the finest squash groups in the city. For many of the squash players its a hidden gem! An excellent box ladder with over 100 male/female participants of all levels and yearly club tournament. It's never hard to find a game. The ice rink is being renovated and is expected to reopen in the fall of 2017. 3 Tennis Courts outside which were repaved in 2010, very playable and great on a sunny day. The facility is aging however management and staff are doing their best to keep it up to date.

If you play tennis, squash or pickleball and live anywhere near the community of West Hillhurst, you should consider purchasing an annual membership here. The West Hillhurst Health Club, which is part of this community centre, offers all three sports at very affordable prices.

Health Club Review. This place is perfect if you are looking for a small gym that is not crowded at a very reasonable cost. It has all the basic equipment and you almost never need to wait to use anything. If you play squash you probably already know this place. It has 3 courts and it gets busy at evenings but if you are organized you can reserve online a couple of weeks in advance and you will find a spot most of the time. You also have two tennis courts open when weather permits. Dressing rooms have a couple of showers, there is always an empty locker (bring your own lock) and clean.

Very fair price! Went here in my vacation to get some gym sessions in. Big thank you to Kiara at reception who welcomed me. Highly recommend this place for squash or short gym workout.
