West Wood is an amazing club. I love coming here to hit the gym and play sports. They have a swimming pool, a sauna & ice plunge pool, a squash arena, and a climate-controlled tennis ground as well. Their gym is one of the largest I’ve ever seen here in Ireland (multi-storey) and the staff is incredibly nice and friendly. There’s even a sandwich and juice shop right next to the reception along with a sports equipment store. Can’t recommend West Wood highly enough!

A great service from the swimming lesson office. Sarah was extremely helpful and informative when enquiring about enrolling my daughter in to to pre life guard class. Will be in touch in August to sign her up. Thanks again to Sarah for all her help.
