My son has lifeguard lessons here on Wednesdays. You can also swim freely here; there's a small slide and a whirlpool in a 1.2-meter freeform pool next to the 25-meter pool, and there's also a toddler pool. There are also two gyms and squash courts with digital games.

Good place to go, you can swim and play squash here. You don't need a subscription or become a member. If you go to squash don't forget to order a lane a couple of hours before. Great place for tourists also, because you don't need a membership. Just go there and have fun

Freezing cold water and air temperature, even in the baby area. We went on a day when it said on the website there would be baby and kids swimming so we assumes that this meant that water would be warmer at this time and kids could play freely. However, when we arrived there was a very unfriendly lady at the reception who said there were classes only and we were not allowed in. Not very nice when you're there with 2 kids ready to swim.. So we asked when we could come back and she sent us to a corner where there were some leaflets but these didn't include any useful info such as a timetable.. While we were standing there very disappointedly we actually noticed that although there was a kids class going on in one of the pools there were actually lots of mums and kids playing around in the other pools. So we asked if we could go in if we tried a lesson, the lady tried to object saying the classes were for particular age groups and my kids were not the same age. But in the end we were able to buy tickets, she could have just told us that we could try a class from the beginning! While inside it was not at all necessary to actually participate but we tried and my eldest daughter actually enjoyed it. However, my youngest started shivering 2 minutes after we arrived and I had to take her to the shower to reheat every 10 minutes so she wouldn't turn completely blue.. Even for me it was way too cold. The only thing that is really nice in this pool is the big slide which has a nice shallow ending to make it ok for smaller kids (together with adult) as well.

Swimming pool and three squash courts in the building. Lockers are there. You need 20 Euro cents for these.
