Very friendly staff. At this point in time gym equipment is a bit older. They have been updating a lot which is great! Squash court fees for members is ridiculous... almost $10 to play a person even if you are already a member at the "squash AND fitness" gym.... the only time it is free is after 9pm... I would pay more a month to play when ever I want for free instead of almost $10 every time on top of my membership...

I'm used to dealing with pests in my line of work, but it is the exact opposite when it comes to Windsor squash and fitness. They are so cool here I can't believe it. Everyone that worksout here is cool, staff is cool as well. All around great place.
