One of the oldest and greenest Condos. With all facilities such as general stores, sports(squash, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis), Gyms available make this condo a great place to live in. Several of the towers face the sea with amazing views of the sunset over the water. Night lights and cool sea breeze during the evening make walking in the vast condo area and parks a delight.

Its a really nice, big condo with a lot of facilities. There are squash courts, food courts, spas, multiple small grocery stores, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, swimming pools and still lots of open space. The only flaw is that the houses are a little old, with not so great default flooring. So, a little renovation and you will utterly enjoy ur residence here

Very nice condo. Has very good facilities for kids. Had good sports facilities like, tennis courts, swimming pool, TT and squash courts. Has 2 Indian and 1 international grocery shop. Has a nice coffee shop and a bar.
