I'm going to write a novel. The last time I came to this complex everything went wrong from the start. Let me explain the situation. I arrive around noon on a Saturday to play outside in February because there's no more indoor court available. I pay for myself and my colleague for 1 hour outdoors. Everything's fine until the front desk staff ask for my name again before I go hit the ball, but I didn't think much of it at the time. After an hour we get replaced by a father and his daughter. Afterwards I go for a sauna and a shower from 1pm to 2pm. I go to leave the complex and a front desk staff member, not the one who was there for the booking, asks me to stay and pay for an hour I didn't take. At that point I take it badly and speak to him a bit sharply. I tell him, what's the problem, you don't get to talk to me like that and stop me from leaving. He tells me you're not leaving, you're paying, because my colleague told me you played for 2 hours. I reply, where is your colleague, because I don't like being called a thief. He tells me he's left. So I tell him forget it, this is going to end badly, and he tells me you're not leaving and he stands in front of the doors.
