Truly a pleasant club with friendly, energetic staff. A gym coach who is down to earth and shares professional advice in good spirits to help you perform the best strength training moves. You can also do virtual golf as well as badminton/squash (by booking). More than good value for money. A very down to earth gym owner. In short, a must-try sporting experience in Joliette!
