"Ive been member for year now"

Mariana Cruz

I've been a member for a year now and a regular in many of the fitness classes and love them all. Great teachers, offerings and class schedule. I recently had a personal training session with Corey Belin and Championship Rounds boxing workout. It was great and he was excellent. Would love for this to become a regularly offered fitness class!

"Equinox since august and attended classes"

Lindsay Fisher

I have been at Equinox since August and attended classes or did my own thing. One day, a trainer came up to me and asked a very interesting question, “are you reaching your goals with what you are doing at the gym?” I was suspicious to start training at first as in the past it was more of a social hour. Corey is different. Corey Belin has not only helped me transform my body (lost 12 pounds in 11 days), but also helped me change my mindset on working out. I push myself harder, I know what to do for cardio and strength training and I am excited to get to the gym. At first, he did not compliment easily, but when he does, it makes you proud of the hard work you have been doing. If you want someone to keep you accountable, to push you to reach goals, and to truly bring you to a point of challenge - Corey is the guy for you!

"Absolutely horrendous culture of management was loyal"

Aaron Drew

Absolutely horrendous culture of management! I was a loyal member and paid for two memberships plus lots of personal training. Developed a good relationship only to have it all blown up when I moved to San Diego - it was suggested I freeze my membership which I find out gets added to the backside of your contract - until I moved and was able to see if there was a location near me. I explained there was no location and have been billed $2000.20 since moving - the right thing to do is a retro active cancellation but no! Amanada the assistant manager would rather quote rules and policy then have a happy member and take into account my situation. I even called corporate who then kicked it back to the same Amanada to tell me no again! They act like they could care less, cause me outright of trying to scam or get around the situation and policy! This place is unreal and I expect more customer care from such a high end facility. Do not go here!
