Clean gym with machines (both weight and cardio) on the lower level, a pool and lockers in the basement, south block (smoothies and the like) and group fitness on the second floor, and a basketball court, track, and squash courts on 3 and 3M! Friendly staff and not too busy

It's a great gym. Has indoor squash, table tennis and racket ball courts. Has a shallow swimming pool. The exercise equipment are well maintained and clean. One stop for all your physical workout needs. The weighing scales in the dressing rooms are ancient but accurate.
