We booked here again for 2019 as our 2018 ski trip was fantastic. However, this year since this has been taken over by Sunweb to run the hotel (oppose to owner/manager), we think, unfortunately things have gone downhill. Still an excellent location, and the rooms, sauna and restaurant are just as clean, and although deemed "all inclusive", there are pathetic things that are not. Table tennis, pool/billiard table is now in a storeroom, inaccessible, movie room gone and the squash court you now have to pay for. We expected spirits and branded alcohol not to be included...but seriously, Coke Light not being free is a joke. The evening dinner food, compared to the previous year has also deteriorated in quality and whilst better than regular canteen food, it is no where near as good as last year. It is a great place to come to, especially access to the slopes, but my slightly tainted review is because it was excellent last year but staff and facilities have changed for the worse. Basically we paid more for all inclusive, but got less !

We’ve been twice in two years and we absolutely love everything about this place from the bar and spa area to the squash caught for when the lifts are closed
