Again fitness first became too commercial, you have to pay for anything, expensive personal trainers, and if you don't hire a trainer no one will help you or advice you.. Regarding the fit in time stand here: they are good, but fitness first make it very hard and annoying to go for your appointment and you have to fill a form every time you go!

After over 30 years of fitness, various PT's and gym's in the UK. I arrived and joined Fitness First in the DIFC. I was greeted in a super friendly helpful way by Katrina on sign up day. Then came training day and I showed up and met Ritricia, just WOW, how friendly and again so helpful getting me started on the App. Next up was day one of training with Segawa (PT), who will now be my permanent PT. I don't normally write reviews, but when you experience professionalism at this level, it deserves a mention. This PT session was without doubt the most expert I have ever experienced, I could go into more detail, BUT after 30 years, I will just say I have not received training and advice at this level. Also, one final point, I bought a package, which makes the individual price of the sessions very cheap indeed, for the level of service you receive. Well done FItness First team!

Great club, friendly staff and instructors. Wide selection of group exercise classes by top instructors. Separate ladies training area. Free towels!

The best gym so far. First came here and was greeted by farinah, she was very accommodating, helpful and polite. She then introduced me to Marrian who finally convinced to enroll. I enjoy attending classes but having Personal Trainer like Ramon really pushed me and motivated to work out.

I have been using FF from 2018. Recently I stated join gym facilities after reopening DIFC FF. But I find FF DIFC front desk people need some basic etiquette training at least to greet a customer. Their attitude is unacceptable any level. Need to learn customer service skills from WAREHOUSE front desk!

All the coaches for the classes I attend are engaging, friendly, keep the class motivated and have good knowledge of the trainings they deliver. The changing rooms are clean, but sometimes the shower stalls could use thorough cleaning and scrubbing. Other than that, I enjoy my workouts, the interactions and the facilities.

One of the best gyms I’ve trained at in the UAE. The staff is courteous and trainers are very flexible and well informed. Regardless of the age group they always have someone that you click with. I have been a member since 2023 and still continue to train here. Highly recommend Kishor Ayaswami for training sessions and Saad, the manager of the gym for any queries.
