Great gym. The coaches are friendly and the workouts are varied. The staff are always there to help or address any issues. Another positive point: the cleanliness. Everything is always spotless.

This is the best gym I've ever been to: - an original concept focused on team training sessions for 10-12 people maximum, with free training ultimately becoming secondary, - a high-quality staff, - facilities of the same high standard as L'Usine, for the same price... With many more classes and support.

A member of the club for 2 years, it is the best gym I have ever been to: unrivaled quality of welcome and support, super competent coaches, high-performance machines and facilities, wide opening hours and a reservation system that allows everyone to have their own practice space. Cleanliness is always there, whether in the practice areas or in the changing rooms / showers / sauna. The products offered are qualitative. The atmosphere between the participants is very respectful, and at the club you are always pampered by the teams. We remember your first name. On a sporting level, the service offer allows for real sports monitoring with the arrival audit, passages on the scale to measure progress, and workshops. I 100% recommend this gym.

A top-notch gym! A warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere are always welcome from the moment you enter. A huge thank you to my trainer Antoine, who is always attentive, available, and able to adapt to each individual challenge. The space is clean, the classes are varied (long live the app), the sauna is a real plus, and the little touches like the water bottle, bag, and towel make all the difference. The customer service is responsive, professional, and personable. It may not be the price of a Basic Fit… but the quality is worth every penny 😉

As a member of the Front de Seine for three years, the quality has always been there: quality of coaching, whether group or individual, quality of welcome and services, quality of facility maintenance. Of course, some will find the rates high compared to other clubs in the capital, but quality comes at a price, and personally, I have never regretted my choice. A big thank you to the entire FDS team for their availability, kindness, and professionalism.
