Fantastic, modern facility with very friendly staff. They offer 4 squash courts, an oval walking/running track, a fitness room, lots of modern cardio equipment and free weights. You have to pay for parking (Monday through Friday only) but it’s included with a monthly or annual membership.

This is such a great addition to the community. The gym is excellent and the squash courts are open and bright. The staff are always willing to help out. Only thing is you have to pay for parking for drop in.

A great facility! We hosted our Care to Humanity today with the INC, Iglesia ni Cristo! Celebrating 50 years in Canada. A clean, spacious arena, with a border paving running track, weights, Fas Gas - on the run gymnasium, performance fitness zone, Squash courts, teaching and learning spaces. There is a Collegiate Sports Medicine’s on-site satellite clinic that provides therapy services and food service option. A fantastic place to burn some calories and meet great people. 👍

It is a good entertainment for kids. They enjoy squash, volleyball (if there are no formal games), basketball (similarly, if no competition), badminton, ping pong (table tennis), hokey and soccer. There is also a nicely equipped gim, with indoor walking trails, stationary bikes. Overall, a very nice place to keep kids engaged for few to several hours, and drain part of their excess energy.
