Bad communication. Following several attempts to contact this club regarding an itinerary from their gym instructor which I’ve been waiting three weeks for, I finally get through. Unfortunately the receptionist’s ( Audrey), phone manner is pretty abrupt and could be doing with a training class in listening skills. Speak at you and pass the buck is the order of the day here.

I went to the swimming pool today dam the staff who where there are soo dam rude,I don't know how people can employ someone who doesn't know what Customer service is,am glad I come to read the reviews seems everyone is not happy about the staff, imagine last week I was there and my 2 year old didn't pay. Today I went there my 2 year old has to pay I was confused when I asked them to explain why,they are said am refusing to pay soo disgusting, mannerless, they never went for training on how to work with people gosh am even regretting why I even go there,the water was dirty eeeeeew.
