"Good place but charging 20"

Good place, but charging £20 for an hour of a tennis court is way too much! This my score. The problem is there is no other covered court in Glasgow, which is nonsense!
"Like it plenty of equipment for woman"

I like it. Plenty of equipment for a woman. In the mornings and afternoons not so full. It is quite clean. Some of the coaches are very helpful and help better than others with equipment and you can ask for a program. There is body composition measuring 'thing'. It measures your fat percentage, muscle mass and other things. It is inspiring to see changes.
"Great choice of equipment"

Great choice of equipment, with most of it connecting to your apps, cardio equipment with multifunctional screens. Rooms for functional training, plenty of classes, courts that can be booked, and a nice double pool. The cafe ain't too bad either for coffee. Staff is very friendly. Amazing price vs offer
"Great local pool my boys have lessons"

Great local pool. My 3 boys have lessons at the Gorbals pool and a family swim every Sunday. Last class is at 12.20 so by 1 pm all lanes are open again on a Sunday. Friendly and helpful staff on at reception. Plenty of attentive life guards and great coaches. Kids love the rapids and the flume when it's open. The flume is not always open, so check before you go! There is a great jacuzzi open in the pool area. However, it's getting fixed - so check before you go.
"Writing to express my dissatisfaction"

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent badminton session. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations due to several significant issues. Firstly, the floor was extremely slippery, making it difficult to play safely. The court was not in its usual location, and as a result, the playing surface was affected by sweat, further increasing the risk of slipping. This created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for participants. Additionally, we were taken off the court earlier than expected, meaning we did not get the full duration of play that we had paid for. This was frustrating, as we were unable to make the most of our session. Another major concern was the condition of the shuttlecocks. The majority of them were broken, and when we requested replacements, we were informed that we had to pay for them—despite this not being the case in previous sessions. This unexpected charge was disappointing and felt unfair. Overall, this session was highly unsatisfactory due to safety concerns, reduced playing time, and unexpected costs. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future sessions.
"Frequent user of the gym here"

I have been a frequent user of the gym here for a few years and I'm happy with my membership. Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Good showers. Lockers in the changing room are great without need for padlocks or awkward keys with plenty of room, enough for full motorcycle gear. Used the courts and swimming pool on occasion and been happy with the process. Gym kit is fantastic, great selection of machines and free weights. 4 squat racks mean you can always get on one rarely having to wait long. Staff could be more vigilant to keep on top the small things. On occasion, paper towels and provided spray run out. I mention it to staff who are usually happy to help, sometimes I've left nearly an hour later without them being replenished. Cleanliness can be an area for concern, I've mentioned to staff and emailed about especially concerning displays of poor hygiene which don't get addressed, some lockers in the changing room have been dirty for months. The lack of an operational sauna is very disappointing considering the recently installed one is determined too expensive to run. It's the main element making me consider leaving Glasgow Club for a gym that offers one. I am so happy otherwise I'll be staying for the foreseeable.
