It’s an amazing gym with amazing installations, The atmosphere there is very energetic. It also has a swimming pool and distal, basketball and squash court but still needs more machines.

If you use Strathclyde Sport in Glasgow, count yourself lucky, because it is one of the best-equipped sports centres in the country at an unbelievable price. Top-tier kit like ELEIKO plates and ESP platforms is available for around forty pounds a month, whereas similar facilities in London can cost upwards of two hundred and fifty. Having made that move myself, I can honestly say it is a bargain you will miss the moment you leave, so make the most of it.

Very good place with modern amenities and trained staff. I love the group workout sessions. Check before going for pool openings. Can book squash and badminton courts. Clean toilets and safe locker rooms
"Basketball courts ok floor"

The basketball courts are ok. The floor seems to be good and the ball bounces well... It is not floor boards or hard cement. It is a good compound .. Easy on the knees and impact... Not seen squash courts. Swimming pool not been but looks good. Gym looks ok and reasonable machines and exercise tools. Not seen changing rooms. Prices are reasonable. It seems always clean and well looked after. Staff is helpful and curtious.
