Amazing gym floor fully equipped for all types of training including cardio, resistance and functional. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are perfect for relaxing after your workout. Loads of choice on the class timetable to suit everyone, not to mention the squash court if you fancy something different. Clean facilities and the most amazing, friendly, helpful staff. Keep it up Gym Plus Naas!

I haven't worked out there yet, but I'm looking forward to using it. I wanted to see what it looks like and evaluate it. I'm very impressed with the look of everything: a large gym, a swimming pool, two steam rooms, a jacuzzi, very nice, clean bathrooms, and even facilities for disabled people. Very friendly, nice staff, various rooms, such as those with exercise bikes and squash, and outdoor parking.🥰 I'm pleasantly surprised. It's a great gym, I recommend it to everyone. I can't wait to do some training there next time. 💯% 👌👊💪
