"Quite a disappointing spa and squash experience"

Quite a disappointing spa and squash experience. The spa was not maintained well, hairs all over the floor (its normal for it to happen, but no cleaning lady during 2 hours to mop/wip it up). One towel, no shower gel anywhere. At the reception they didnt mention that certain areas where out of order. Temperature of water is definitely not warm enough. Birds in the closed off area. I had very bit expectations because of the renovation of the hotel but was left extremely underwhelmed. On a different note, the squash experience was a mess. It had not been part of renovations I guess. Walls peeling, causing actual potential for injury. Lightbulbs not working properly making the game very difficult. Mens showers look like they are still from years ago and the warm water is non existent.
