"Not suited for babies"

We were with a top trainer in the small pool for infant swimming. A 30-minute session costs 850 hryvnias in a pool that is knee-deep for the trainer, which makes it impossible to do exercises with the child. The pool and changing rooms are not adapted for visits with children under one year old. Only one accompanying adult may be present, which is very inconvenient for a mother. It is impossible to change the child and yourself with the child in your arms. We were unhappy with the conditions, the attitude of the staff and the work of the trainer.
"Unbearable smell, complaints ignored"

The club is a complete letdown. It smells of fumes in the hall, especially near the exercise bikes by the windows where the floor heats up more and the smell is just unbearable, yet nobody turns on the ventilation. All complaints are completely ignored. The air in the changing rooms is fine. They do not refund money, they tell you to transfer the membership to another person.
